The one who started it all. Cade put in the years, learned the trade, and turned his goal of owning a business into The Golden Plumber — passing both of his state tests on the very first try. Today he's a business owner, a husband, and a dad of two who somehow keeps up with it all.
Fun fact: Started boxing at 11 — 45 amateur and 7 pro fights, and hoping to step back in the ring soon.
Our lead plumber, with 7 years of experience and the dependability every small business counts on. Adam and Cade worked together years ago — now they're building The Golden Plumber together. If Cade can't be there, Adam has it handled: trusted to step in, take care of customers, and get the job done right.
Fun fact: When he's not fixing pipes and solving plumbing problems, Adam serves in the Army National Guard.
The friendly voice you'll hear when you call. Karra answers the phones, schedules appointments, keeps the office organized, and keeps everything running smoothly — and our property managers happy. Outside work, her favorite place to be is with her kids and grandkids.
Fun fact: Karra lived in Okinawa, Japan as a child and can count in Japanese!
Cade's dad — and 35 years a brick-and-block mason. Shane came alongside Cade to help build The Golden Plumber into something great, jumping in with no questions asked: willing to learn the plumbing side, lend a hand, and do whatever needs doing to help his son and this business succeed.
Fun fact: A die-hard Alabama and Dallas Cowboys fan who loves to play the drums.
New to plumbing, but all in. Ryan jumped in with both feet to be part of the family team and help his nephew keep building and growing the business — another familiar face and helping hand. (If you ask Coda, he's 'Unkie Ryan.')
Fun fact: Ryan went to State Finals his senior year at Pine Forest in both football AND baseball.
